Return and Refund
1. After an order is placed it will be processed and cannot be cancelled for any reason.
2.If for exceptional reasons the cancellation is accepted, it will be subject to a Seller’s restocking fee (“ Restocking Fee”) of thirty-five percent (35%) from the value of the Product order. Sexindoll will provide to Buyer a refund of funds paid minus the Restocking Fee to the Buyer’s original payment method and other fees may apply such as processing and transaction fees.
All sales are final. After a Product is shipped to the Buyer, and it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. Orders that are either non-deliverable, not picked up, or refused upon delivery do not warrant any refunds from Sexindoll in any scenario.
We don't provide return labels, all the dolls need to ship by yourself.
Orders returned to us as undeliverable, not picked up, refused upon delivery, or returned to us without authorization will result in a 50% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or return as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex doll industry.
We check every product manually before shipment to ensure the item is in perfect condition. However, if the product you have received is damaged or has manufacturing defects please follow these steps:
1) Email customer support immediately upon delivery, providing your name, your order number, and an explanation of the problem: firstname.lastname@example.org
2) Attach evidence (either photographs and videos) showing the described defects or damage.
3) Allow our team to review the problem and provide a suitable solution that is acceptable to you.
If the problem was caused by us, or the product has any manufacturing defects please rest assured we will take care of it.
Damage resulting from the improper use of the product will not be covered by the Product Warranty.
The buyers are supposed to check the condition of the package and report damage or defectiveness issues to us within 24 hours upon delivery. Return requests will not be accepted and we will refuse any claims beyond that timeframe.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not offer returns or refunds on any products for any other reason other than being damaged or defective upon arrival. If this situation does occur, your return is void if your product shows any signs whatsoever of previous use - we can not and will not accept any returns of any used items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notify email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account, credit card, or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal account or bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

None of our products are provided with any warranty unless specified upon the product page. Some may have a manufacturers guarantee but this will be specified upon the product page if a warranty is available.
